Terms of Service

Design Prompt Kit provides design prompts and rendered previews for you to browse, copy and use. You may use the prompts in your own projects — commercial or personal — and adapt them freely to fit your needs.

You agree not to misuse the service: do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a scale that degrades performance for others, or resell the library itself as a competing product. The prompts are meant to be used to create designs, not to be repackaged wholesale.

The Design Prompt Kit name, site design and original written content are owned by us. The output you generate using these prompts in your AI tool of choice is yours to use, subject to the terms of that tool.

The service and all prompts are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a prompt will produce a specific result in any given AI tool, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design Prompt Kit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the prompts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
